Abstract Introduction Inflammation and infection are causative factors of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). Spearman’s revealed that showing presence Haemophilus , Staphylococcus, Dolosigranulum, Listeria, Phascolarctobacterium, Enhydrobacter, Bacillus, [Ruminococcus]torques, Faecalibacterium, Finegoldia correlated IPSS, severe storage voiding ( P < 0.05). Conclusion Our current study shows dysbiosis may be related LUTS. Further research targeting specific microbes identify diseases necessary might novel diagnostic biomarkers therapeutic options.
